Uh-oh. More evidence that the Government is lying to us. Docs leaked to the FT suggest there will be problems at ports all over the country, not just in Kent, but they will be "managed" by preventing vehicles getting as far as the ports in the first place.

Some queues could end up being 90 miles long. But it's all good, because we'll have fulfilled our dream of being out of the EU.

And of course it will all be the hauliers' fault. As a DfT spokesman said: "If hauliers have the correct documentation, there should be limited disruption at the border"

Never has an "if" done so much heavy lifting, and blame shifting...
