So it looks like Nerayoff was advising tZero ("company 1") and then started to demand bigger ethereum payouts than what was contractually agreed upon for his help with the upcoming ICO.
Nerayoff threatened to sabotage their crowd sale and threatened to destroy the company.
JFC, this is scary stuff! Nerayoff and his henchman Hlady threatened one of the female execs of the crypto company by coming into her room at night when she & another exec stayed at Nerayoff's home. They also made veiled threats to her about her child. 👀
BTW, Byrne has been busy on his blog again after a few weeks hiatus. I can't read it all now because it's getting close to bed time, but he wrote a message to his former colleagues here. Weird, b/c he seems to be "hiding from the deep state."
