From last week: Fed. judge rules Wisconsin college violated the First Amendment when, after someone anonymously complained, it prohibited a student from handing out Valentine's cards with Bible verses to friends, students, and staff. will-law.org/wp-content/upl…
"NWTC had no more right to prevent her from handing out individual Valentines than it did to stop her from wishing each individual to have a 'good morning and a blessed day.'"
Imagine the thinking that goes on here. Someone doesn't like that someone else is handing out Valentine's cards with Bible verses.

So they call security and security designated it a 'suspicious activity/person' incident.
I mean, having to go to court for an injunction so students can give each other Valentines . . . did nobody at the school stop at any moment and wonder if this really is the best use of their time and money?
