4. Here is the relevant statute that was analyzed by Mueller regarding the June 9, 2016 Trump Tower meeting and one other occurrence that is redacted:
"(a) Prohibition It shall be unlawful for—
(1) a foreign national, directly or indirectly, to make—
(A)a contribution or donation

5. of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election;
(B) a contribution or donation to a committee of a political party; or (C) an expenditure, independent

6. expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication (within the meaning of section 30104(f)(3) of this title); or (2)a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national."

So Trump asked (solicited) a contribution of a thing of value from Zelensky. The crime was complete upon the request.

Then as Mueller analyzed a willful knowing violation (that Trump knows now) and it is clearly a felony and carries a 5 year prison

8. sentence. See 52 USC 30109(d).

The House should consider this for an article today if Trump does not turn over the whistleblower complaint. Threaten him with a floor vote. He'll cave. Trust me.

The key to getting Trump is to start naming the co-conspirator attorneys in the @Whitehouse as targets of the impeachment inquiry. Make everyone know they have not future with Trump.
