1. Okay folks. It's time to get serious about @POTUS Trump. I think his taxes are coming soon in the 2nd Cir. and he's going to be indicted in NYC but I get why we need to get him to stop committing these crimes that are clear threats to national security. So here's my plan.

2. Don't allow incompetent members of the @HouseJudiciary to question anymore. Get competent aggressive trial attorneys to do all hearings. If there are competent trial lawyers on the committee then okay but they need to be better prepared. It's best to give it all to the pros.

3. I would explore changing the wording on the subpoena to include a statement that assertion of unlawful privileges to other obstruction may result in charges for obstruction of Congress under 18 USC 1505 that has a 5 year statute of limitations.

And I'd be fine with using the

4. inherent contempt power and putting the recalcitrant witnesses in the lock up.

I would make each witness acknowledge that they are aware of the duty to tell the truth and not obstruct at the start. Make them Identify who they have spoken with about their testimony.

5. Give names of the attorneys. Who was in the room? Who else? Basic stuff. Find out if @Whitehouse has interfered. Get the names. Tell the witnesses' attorneys they will be called if their client stonewalls.

Vote rule changes for all hearings that will go 45 minutes a side

6. and use outside counsel. Dems can leave the floor to prepare while the GOP plays their kids games.

Force a ruling on the executive privilege in Washington DC distinct court. Put it on a fast track.

Hold hearings of people who are likely to lie in NYC, swearing the witness

7. under NY state perjury statute and report violations to the attorneys in the John Doe (Trump) grand jury for possible conspiracy charges. That would include Don Jr, Eric and Ivanka to hearings or depositions & subpoena them for documents that they have on Trump family crimes

8. and Emolument violations. Let Trump know we are going to take him and his spawn down. But let's do this right.

Trump and #MoscowMitch want a Constitutional war? Then let's give them one. Subpoena @senatemajldr #RNC and @NRA to produce all documents related to contacts

9. with and money from Deripaska Butina Torshin or any other Russian mobsters. If the Judiciary members don't have the stomach for a war, then we should replace them on the committee with people who do.

Rather than wasting time complaining about @SpeakerPelosi let's name the

10. members of the @HouseDemocrats who are not supporting impeachment who are in safe districts. They should face a primary challenge to get them out of our caucus. We are in a Constitutional war and the draft dodgers have to go. Allow the Orange County frosh to sit it out if

11. we have over 218 without them. Add the names of the safe Dems who are holdouts to this thread. Let's clean out the hog pen. Any Democrat who doesn't want to impeach this vile creature is not a real Democrat and we are better served to get them out now.

12. Whether we move it to a trial is another matter. The timing should be done to maximize our ability to defeat @SenateGOP members in 2020. But Trump has now acted to harm national security an we can no longer play a purely political strategy. The Oath of Office demands it.

13. We need to move this to a formal impeachment inquiry ASAP and go after everyone connected with the Russians including the members of Senate who went to Moscow in 2018 for 4th of July. Let these traitors know we are on to them.

14. Finally, if @ODNI McGuire obstructs, vote to hold him in contempt in the hearing then vote a single article of impeachment for 18 USC 1505 Obstruction and move it to the floor for a vote immediately. @RepAdamSchiff @RepJerryNadler
