Letter is not fully accurate here. House leaders and aides have spent the last two weeks emphasizing that their impeachment push is almost entirely focused on Ukraine right now because it has united the caucus unlike any other issue.
It's not a media creation that Ukraine is the centerpiece of the impeachment push right now -- it's a creation of Speaker Pelosi and top Democrats.
“This has clarity and understanding in the eyes of the American people," Pelosi said on Sept. 25. She added other articles of impeachment could be included -- but clear path was heavy focus on Ukraine.

IMPORTANT: The New York judge who dismissed Trump's tax return suit also took a huge swing at the DOJ memos that say a sitting president can't be indicted. He says the legal weigh given to these OLC opinions is "not warranted." >>>>>
Rather, the judge suggests there is a better balance between protecting the president's interests and ensuring justice >>>
And the judge also argues that the DOJ memos describing the horrors of a presidential indictment were conjured out of thin air rather than out of legitimate factual concerns.
