HPW TO DEAL WIYH CLIENTS AND MAKE THEM DROOLING TO BUY FROM YOU (a thread):

The past few weeks have seen me going over the year, observing my deals, the ones I lost and won and I have spotted several mistakes I made that cost me thousands of dollars in lost deals.
I'll be sharing some of these points with you to help you in your business as well

This thread will help you if you are in the service business, real estate, car dealership, network marketing coaching, consulting, training or any business where you have to interact with clients
The first client you absolutely need to deal with is YOURSELF!

As simple as it sounds, you're the most important element in the sales equation

Sales is a game of control and if you don't position yourself well enough, you lose power to the client, which you never want to happen
Over the course of the past few months, I've identified 5 critical elements you need to get right to achieve success in your business.

Let's look at them in no particular order

1. YOUR belief.

If YOU do not believe in yourself enough, it will show.

YOU can't hide it.
If YOU do not believe in your product, it will show.

When YOU are merely 'interested' it is because YOU don't believe in it enough.

True belief shows in commitment. A firm resolve and readiness to do whatever it takes, regardless of the challenges.
When YOU believe firmly in YOURSELF and what YOU offer, then it becomes possible to pass that belief to YOUR prospect

Experience has shown that people buy into what they believe in

And there are three levels to a prospects belief:

1. They need to believe YOU and believe in YOU
2. They need to believe in what you are offering them.

3. They need to believe in themselves and their ability to use YOUR offer to achieve results.

If YOU get 1 & 2 right, and still miss out on 3, the sale will be hard to close.
Help them believe in themselves as they do YOU.

2. MASTER YOUR EMOTIONS.

Each of us has emotions. And our emotions play vital roles in our daily decisions.

It could just be that the reason YOUR business has not taken off is because YOU are controlled by YOUR emotions.
Some of us are not patient with answering questions.

Some of us are not detailed.

Some of us don't have good listening skills.

We just want this prospect to sign up and end up losing them because we reach emotionally to deals

One deal fails and YOU spend the next week sulking
It may take YOU another week to recover. By them YOU have lost are.

YOU need to learn to manage YOUR emotions, instead of letting them manage you!
3. YOUR ATTITUDE.

This is where many of us fall flat.

If we will be true to ourselves,any of us will confess that we have a bad attitude to our business.

YOU promise a client and never deliver, and when YOU deliver. The client has lost time.
YOU act so nice when seeking the deal, but the moment money gets into your account, YOU stop being nice to the client...

Attitude is everything.

It may not directly put money in YOUR pocket, but it opens doors that can bring YOU unlimited opportunities.
4. YOUR ability to sell!

Whether YOU agree or not, selling is a skill you MUST learn... to earn.

The world is a market place and everything YOU do sells YOU one way or the other.

And the best way to do this is by understanding han psychology
I closed a $5,000 deal by asking just one question:

"If you had only one option of a person to buy from, what are the top three things this seller must absolutely have to satisfy your needs and desire?'

The prospect just went off, explaining and explaining.
You can imagine that I did not have to talk much or work hard to convince her.

I simply plugged her top 3 requirements to my offer and we closed it.

See? I didn't have to do any hard sells.

Learning how to sell will help you in your business.
Before you go about hagging people. Deal with your ability to sell.

5.Your choice of words.

This is where copywriting skills come into play.

It is not in the abundance of words you speak. It is in the effectiveness at starting or joining a conversation already going on in the
/head of your prospect.

I have said it many times, learning copywriting will change your business.

Copywriting is not content creation.

It is the ability to move people from holding tight to their wallets to opening it and emptying its contents into your palm.
Work this skill, use it and your consulting, network marketing, coaching, auto business will receive a boost.
