Donald Trump was presumably alone on 2nd floor of private WH Residence when he had the call with Ukraine's President.

No WH staff present. WH staff only on the phone line.

That's important bc we don't know what Trump was doing while call happened.

No outsiders w "eyes on him."
Why important?

We don't know if Trump had an outsider in the room with him.

We don't know if Trump used his "unsecure personal cell phone" to dial someone else in, or something like that.

The context of the room is important.
