just a few things the right is gish galloping over today:

- when dems knew about the whistleblower
- "changing" the whistleblower rules
- claiming a "favor" isnt a "favor"
- all of the biden stuff

they just throw bullshit in the air, hoping democrats bite. don't.

this is an especially insidious technique to use against democrats because democrats tend to be *obsessed* with refuting *everything*. there's something on the left that insists we always have to show off that were the smartest one in the room. so dems are especially vulnerable.

Lil Donny Trump rode his trike up the street aways until he arrived at The Ole DOJ Treehouse. Outside was Billy Barr, the mop-topped glasses-wearing kid with a serious face.

"Heya Bill, how's tricks?"
"My counsel cannot be considered official legal advice," he replied.
"Hey Bill, I wanted ta know if you could do me a favor," asked Donny.
Raising his eyebrows in the manner of a much much much older man, Billy replied, "maybe."
"Swell," said Donny. "I was wondering, if you could, go around the neighborhood and figure out who wrote 'Donny Pees with Russians' on these fliers?"

Billy leaped out of his leather recliner and rubbed his chin as he perused Donny's fliers.

"I'll get on it. Post haste!"

1/ Although I still don't think the probability of a guerrilla-level uprising will happen during the upcoming clash between the rising global far-right and what is loosely known as "democratic forces", it doesn't mean there won't be violence.
2/ The best case scenario (yes: there is nothing better than this) is the "democratic fronts" win over the far right and push them back into marginal corners of society and economy. Their leaders will still control a good part of the "secondary economy" (criminal organizations).
3/ The low-level RWA, the *mass* that sustains their populism, will be extremely upset and angry. There are few things that will exert sufficient persuasion over them so as to (metaphorically) "push them back to the hills". It will be coercive (best case scenario).

Critical point here is that the MSM is claiming that #Sanders "came within a handful of votes" of #HillaryClinton, when he lost in a landslide of 4M votes, 1k pledged delegates (not SDs) and a dozen states.

This false narrative harms #Sanders--it's meant to highlight how badly he's doing in 2020 and prop up #Biden. But Sanders is actually doing better than in 2016. There are just more players. And Biden is being replaced by a younger centrist, #Buttigieg.
