Judge Engelmayer has told the jury Ms. Ramirez's testimony and other exhibits will be ready for the jury tomorrow morning on a "clean" laptop. Story soon. For now:

Now that the jury has gone out of the courtroom, Judge Engelmayer asking questions to Ellison's lawyers, who propose giving particular pages. Judge Engelmayer will be studying it

Judge Engelmayer is asking whether the Ms. Ramirez testimony being sent into jury is response to their note 3, about October 24 - being left with Billy Seqo - but will testimony #6ix9ine go into the jury on this?

Judge Engelmeyer: "it seems to me what is responsive is 187 line 16 through 187 line 18, the events of the night in question. So I will grant the defense's application but only on that subset. Hernandez kidnapping is not response. Does that resolve all disputes?"

AUSA: "The parties agree to.. page 190, line 2 though page 192 line 8. And then, we left to Mr Cannick if they want page 194 line 8 through 18 to come in. We'd been fine with that, but take no position."

Judge Engelmayer: "Let's black out, let's redact, line 10 through 15. There was the objection to the dog sniffing and whether the dog smelled dogs. Let's redact those lines and not containing evidence."

Judge Engelmayer: "Page 194 line 8 through 18... the front half relates to the kidnapping [of #6ix9ine], which is really out of bounds. Is there someone who wants the rest in?"
