@CourthouseNews Schiff said he expects the White House to stonewall congressional oversight requests but any action like that, will be considered further evidence of obstruction.
Schiff: "We will also draw the inference as appropriate that they are trying to conceal facts that would corroborate allegations of the whistleblower complaint. We’ll have to decide whether to litigate or how to litigate, but we’re not fooling around here though." (continued)
"We won’t have this drag on months and months, which appears to be the administration’s strategy,” Schiff said.

New statistics reported Tuesday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection show that roughly 1 million migrants have been arrested at the southern border in the last year, the most in over a decade.

@CourthouseNews Starting this week, CBP acting commissioner Mark Morgan also said the Trump admin will begin implementing restrictions on asylum claims at the southern border after the U.S. Supreme Court allowed them to take effect last month.
The policy generally makes people who arrive at the southern border ineligible for asylum unless they first sought asylum in a country they passed through on their way to the United States.
