Today, Fiona Hill, Trump's senior Russia advisor, goes behind closed doors for deposition to committee chairs spearheading the #impeachment inquiry.
Today is also Amb. Gordon Sondland's deadline for requested records re: Ukraine.
Sondland records are due by COB. His testimony for lawmakers is slated for Oct 16.
Then there is Semyon aka Sam Kislin, a longtime Giuliani associate. He is expected to be deposed today too.

BREAKING: A former Defense Intelligence Agency analyst has been charged w/providing journalists top secret & classified national defense info, incl. secrets related to an unnamed foreign country’s weapons systems, prosecutors in VA announced today.

@CourthouseNews Henry Frese, 30, was arrested this morning at a DIA facility in Reston, Va., according to the FBI.
According to the indictment, the counter terrorism analyst sometime in mid-April 2018 accessed an intelligence report “unrelated to his job duties”...
that contained the sensitive information about a foreign country’s weapons systems. He accessed it again in late April and then messaged a reporter prosecutors only identified as “Journalist 1.”

New statistics reported Tuesday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection show that roughly 1 million migrants have been arrested at the southern border in the last year, the most in over a decade.

@CourthouseNews Starting this week, CBP acting commissioner Mark Morgan also said the Trump admin will begin implementing restrictions on asylum claims at the southern border after the U.S. Supreme Court allowed them to take effect last month.
The policy generally makes people who arrive at the southern border ineligible for asylum unless they first sought asylum in a country they passed through on their way to the United States.
