The theory AG Barr is flying around in private jets at your expense pursuing is that CIA officials concocted the Russia investigation via an elaborate ruse in London for the purpose of hurting Trump’s campaign, and then forgot to leak any word of it to voters before the election.
It’s the same conspiracy theory Chairman Graham outlined in an accusatory letter to close US allies Australia, Italy and the United Kingdom, which is (strange to say) warmly quoted in the WaPo article without reference to its conspiracy content. judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/… 
The WaPo article omits to mention that Graham’s letter is such a batshit document that it prompted Australia’s ambassador to the US to slap him in public.
