Harder represents is representing Trump in a sexual misconduct lawsuit filed by former staffer Alva Johnson and various other matters

Still baffled by the decision of Hunter Biden to give an interview today and also by what he said.

Hunter Biden acknowledges that he got the 50K/month position by trading on his last name but also insists that it wasn't "improper" to do so.
Hunter is a grown man in his 40s. This doesn't really have anything to do with his father.

Nor does it excuse Trump's law-breaking or validate Trump's conspiracy theories.

But I don't think it's controversial to say people should get jobs on merit rather than their dad's name
And yes, I know that nepotism is very common and lots of people leverage their name for money and access but that doesn't mean its right or that I need to defend it.

Elizabeth Warren signed a 2016 Senate letter asking Barack Obama to veto any UN resolution that condemned Israel's illegal settlement enterprise. Not sure if they organized the letter, but it's featured on AIPACs website

Almost everyone in the Senate signed this letter, but Bernie Sanders didn't.
This UN resolution was entirely symbolic, no teeth. It did not have any sanctions, for instance.

Elizabeth Warren was against even rhetorically chiding Israel, the largest recipients of US foreign aid, for its settlement policy.

Is there any reason to think she'd use policy?

The main thrust of this piece, which quotes people you've never heard of as "stratesgists," is to get a jump on who @nytimes phalanx that hammered on #HillaryClinton while giving Sanders and Trump a pass will attack first.

SPOILER ALERT: It's progressive women.
Inexplicably given the authors, there is no situating of Sanders failures in 2016 nor the @nytimes failure to vet him.
Also missing is any reference to Biden's failure to make it out of Iowa in his previous two runs.
