For those asking, it's legal to use campaign funds to pay legal bills IF the legal issues arise from being a candidate or elected official.

The FEC filing doesn't disclose what Harder is being paid for, specifically
On the other hand, campaign donors probably assume their money is going to be used to buy ads or pay for events and not to defend a sexual misconduct lawsuit

The creation of the new "News Section" also shows that Facebook is not a neutral "free speech platform." Instead, Facebook is making judgments about what is trustworthy news and what is not. And, in its judgment, Breitbart is the type of news people should see more.
I asked Facebook for the list of included news orgs as well and have not yet heard back.

For now, it's secret.

How can people trust this source of news without knowing what publications will contribute?

Yesterday, @AOC asked Zuckerberg why Facebook had selected The Daily Caller, which has published pieces from white supremacists, as a fact-checking partner.
2. Zuckerberg replied: "We actually don't appoint the independent factcheckers. They go through an independent organization called the [International] Factchecking Network"

I asked the director of the International Fact-checking Network (@factchecknet), @baybarsorsek, about that
3. Over Twitter DM, @baybarsorsek confirmed to me that Zuckerberg's answer was FALSE
