One thing Remainers have to grasp is that for each RemainerNow, there is a LeaverNow. For many such people, their Remain vote was quite skin deep and economic/transactional.
For those who keep telling me Remainernow is way bigger than Leavenow, many polls have put them as broadly similar.
Could Remainernow be a bit ahead of Leavernow? Could that equate to thousands of votes? Could the original tweeter be a fake? Well yes to all; they could. But once again a case of Remainers getting lost in spreadsheets whilst missing the Powerpoint....
If after 3 years of nonsense and blind alleys, we're still squabbling over tiny percentages then that says something: that 2016 voters are barely moving. Yet. And when they do move, there is a similar corresponding move in the other direction.
Indeed this almost starts to feel like the Remain version of German car company executives turning up to save the day for Brexit. As much as one wants to believe, there's scant/patchy evidence of it.
