Here's the list of the 16 Mueller witness interview notes DOJ hasn't provided yet. Note #10 Joseph "Jody" Hunt -- then look at who signed the court filing.
Hunt was one of three authorizing DOJ officials on the document -- the arguments in court today were made by Shapiro, who faced tought questioning and outright skepticism from Howell.
NEW: Despite deal struck in June, DOJ has not provided Congress with notes of Mueller interviews with MCGAHN, HICKS, FLYNN, BANNON and others.
