That's Maricopa County, which under the reign of shameless anus-faced old racist Joe Arpaio had literal concentration camps
Dehumanization and labor and sex trafficking go hand in hand. So what's going on with the ~52,000 vulnerable people locked up in concentration camps on the U.S.'s watch now? Anyone?
Because now, lunatics like Ken Cuccinelli - who think Arpaio didn't go far enough - are running the show.

So Americans, I guess you have to ask yourself how much blood you're comfortable having on your hands at this point.
Don't forget who pardoned Arpaio

From 2014:

"The event coincided with a fundraiser for Maricopa County Treasurer Paul Petersen, a Republican, drawing quizzical looks from retirement-party attendees when they saw Sheriff Joe Arpaio and other GOP backers milling about...."

In case you've forgotten re: Cuccinelli. This is from 2012. He has always been profoundly anti-American
