@aliceheiman @unevadareno #mentorship is very important. Find the right people at the right time. @aliceheiman has had many different mentors and life coaches to help her get #unstuck - also read “Work with Passion” and “The Inner Edge,” books can mentor you too!

@aliceheiman @unevadareno Look around and see who’s already been there and done that successfully, and ask them if they would be willing to #mentor you. An hour a week, an hour a month - ask for what you need!

@aliceheiman @unevadareno Dealing with #selfdoubt: “When I say something negative- out loud or in my head - I catch myself immediately and I turn it around!” @aliceheiman takes a deep breath, feels #Grateful and replaces the negative with the positive.

@aliceheiman @unevadareno @aliceheiman works a lot, but takes time out to read - fiction or business. She also spends time in nature sailing, skiing, walking, doing yoga, gardening - everyone should grow a little bit of your own food!
