📣 Since the Indiana Insurance Dept. doesn't seem to have a Twitter account, could someone explain to me how they can possibly get a weighted avg. rate increase of only 9.7% when the enrollment data clearly shows it's 13.5%?

The only way it'd be 9.7% would be if Anthem's current enrollment total is a major typo (it'd have to be ~77,000 current enrollees, not just 4).
(Yes, I realize this is incredibly low on the priority list in the scheme of things, but this is the core of what I do and it bugs the hell out of me)
