on October 7, 2019, Ukrainian newspaper Babel published memoranda minuting Giuliani's interview with Ukraine Prosecutor General Lutsenko on Jan 25-26 and with former Prosecutor General Shokin on Jan 23. Has anyone seen a report on documents in US media?

2/ the documents were provided by Giuliani to State Dept Inspector General in May 2019. IG then sent to FBI. IG forwarded to congressional committees on Oct 2, saying that documents had been provided to them by the "Acting Legal Advisor". For those wondering about Giuliani's role
3/ I've spent a few hours extracting jpg's from html page, doing OCR and manually editing the documents since I haven't been able to locate pdf's anywhere.

very sharp spotting. Ciaramella hosted meeting of Jan 1, 2016 with Artem Sytnyk (who later released dirt on Manafort in support of Hillary).
other attendees were Jeffrey Cole, Anna Iemelianova, Catherine Newcombe, David Sakvarelidze, Svetlana Pardus, Artem Sytnyk, Andiy Telizhenko (latter three discussed by @Fool_Nelson)
@FOOL_NELSON David Sakvarelidze was from Georgia and had been installed by Biden/US into Ukraine Prosecutor General's Office. He appears to have been hated by PG Shokin, whose last act in ofice, only minutes before he was finally terminated, was to fire Sakvarelidze

Ciaramella was noted in Apr 2018 New Yorker article on McMaster regime at NSC, which said that "right-wing blogs [described him] as a leaker out to “sabotage Trump.” Same can be said of "Whistleblower".
