The dark net website used by these pedos was called “Welcome to Video,” and they offered sick videos for sale via BitCoin payments of horrendous sexual crimes against children.
It looks like it started with the arrest of South Korean National Jong Woo Son, who was already charged and convicted in South Korea. During his arrest, police seized his server, which housed the website.
Police then found an additional 377 pedos in many other countries, including in the US in 24 states, the UK, South Korea, Germany, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Czech Republic, Ireland, Canada, Spain, Brazil, and Australia.
