NEW: Change of schedule for the Giuliani associates charged with violating campaign finance laws. David Correia and Andrey Kukushkin will be arraigned tomorrow afternoon in SDNY, and the arraignment for Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman has been pushed back to 10/23

David Correia made his first appearance before a federal magistrate judge in Manhattan a short while ago. He was granted bail, according to a spox for the US attorney's office (not confirmed yet if he's been released yet). He's due back in court tomorrow for an arraignment.

NOW: A federal appeals court will not block a grand jury subpoena for Trump's tax returns, rejecting Trump's argument that any "presidential immunity" that might shield him from criminal prosecution means he can't ever be investigated while in office.

Hello from the DC federal courthouse, where Roger Stone has a pretrial conference this morning. Jury selection is set to begin tomorrow.

Stone's pretrial conf. is underway. Judge Amy Berman Jackson is going over the trial schedule:
- She expects to finish jury selection tomorrow
- If they finish tomorrow, no opening args until Wed.
- If jury selection goes to Wed., they'll start with openings as soon as seated
The judge warns everyone that live audio/video will be piped into the media room (hello from the media room!) and to be wary of what the microphones in the courtroom can pick up even when no one is up at the lectern

NEW story: Videos show indicted Giuliani associate Lev Parnas standing in the prized seating area behind Trump at an October rally in Nevada in which Parnas was a VIP.

Videos also show Parnas later moving to be closer to Trump on his way off the stage.
