We understand why there is a lot of public debate whether Epstein killed himself or not, Epstein's death is the least important part of the entire story.

#Epsteindidntkillhimself is a good meme which at best brings awareness to this very important story. At worse it protests the existing Epstein Child Trafficking Network by providing it cover from public exposure by being reduced to a conspiracy theory surrounding Epstein's death.
We believe the circumstances around Epstein's death were troublesome and convenient to a number of individuals associated with him, however, we ask you to please not lose focus...

1.0/ Q: "Who decides whether to approve or deny an ETF?"

The initial decision is made by SEC staff in the Division of Trading & Markets. If the staff denies an ETF proposal, the ETF sponsor can file an appeal, which will be decided by all of the SEC Commissioners.
2.0/ Q: "What's the process & timeline for the SEC to decide on an ETF?"

When a proposal is filed, the SEC publishes it in the Federal Register (the government's official journal) & solicits comments from the public. It then has 45 days to approve, deny, or delay a decision.
