NEW: understand Kyle Wilson likely to reappear tomorrow, as amendment on the *second* motion. Ie will only be voted on if deal goes down. Designed so in that event the "Tory 21 can move" and vote for deal to be put to the country.
PV vote will only come to floor if both Letwin amendment and deal falls.
Though entirely possible if Letwin passes we won’t have vote on deal anyway.
