Shocking:

IAS officer @Sanjay_Dixit has lied about his property worth crores to the Govt. of India.

In his asset declaration of 2018, Dixit listed a 700 sq. yard plot in Palm Court, Jagatpura, Jaipur among his assets. This plot was allotted to him for a mere 9 lac.

Funnily, he hasn't declared his assets in the year 2019.

Now, 700 sq. yards equals 585 sq. metres (or about 6300 sq. ft).

According to govt. stamp duty rates, the property is worth 1.5 crores (not "approx 1 crore" as he has declared).

A cursory check of market prices of plots in Jagatpura, Jaipur shows that the market value of property is 8753/sq. ft.

Thus, the value of Dixit's 6300 sq. ft. property is approx. 5.51 crores.

Again - NOT "approx 1 crore" as he'd declared to the govt.

So the question remains:

1. Why did @Sanjay_Dixit lie to the govt. & under-declare his 5.51 crore property as merely "approx 1 crore"?

2. Why didn't Dixit declare his assets in 2019?

3. How wealthy is this "public servant?"

That's why the hate monger sucks up to BJP :)
