I agree that the side letters are waffle and the Benn Act letter, signed or not, is the key letter and the EU knows it.

I have to say that I think neither the Attorney General @Geoffrey_Cox or the Advocate General do their reputations much good here.

Trust and decency matter
So does good faith, dignity and grace.

So does our reputation as a country for statesmanlike conduct.
