It has to be an institution.
Power is enabled through a functional organisation, wielded through a set of dynamic procedures....cont
It should have the legitimacy and approval of those on whom power is being exercised.
Compromise on personal or institutional integrity would amount to losing the right to the seat of power..cont
You were heading a parliament which was purposefully kept dysfunctional. The procedure / Laws dated back to 1890. No institution under your control could deliver. And above all, your integrity was being showcased in Panamas. ..cont
And you wanted to wield Power....!!
Particularly over the only functional institution; the Army.....not by raising your own capacity to exercise power, but by trying to drag army down to your own level of incompetence.....
