Despite multiple violations of the @facebook Community Standards, both in articles and comments, Facebook has never stopped serving ads to their site. The worst part is that the vast majority of their customers don’t even know they’re showing up there, supporting the site.
Whether or not this has anything to do with Cambridge Analytica, we can’t know for sure, but it’s clear that someone has been watching out for Breitbart over at @Facebook. When the other ad exchanges leave because of Standards violations and they stay, something is up.
