But now, Chinese national investors are able to apply pressure by suing Canada in an international tribunal to build TMX immediately or payout lost profits from loss of infrastructure to get product to market. Because of the FIPA signed and ratified by CPC.

They are Foreign Investor Protection Agreements.

The federal government can NOT inform the public because China is guaranteed confidentiality while the tribunal makes its decision. Not until the tribunal has its final decision will the information be able to be made public.

Kenney hopes CPC will be in power when a tribunal final decision is made. FIPA permits Canadian govt the option to keep tribunal decisions confidential.

So the public may never know. CPC could claim LPC corruption & missing billions from govt coffers.

Canadian taxpayers would pay billions to China, never knowing there had been a tribunal, a decision and an award of payment taxpayers were responsible to pay.

I am NOT stating this is the plan, but it is a possibility.

How likely are Canadians to believe CPC over LPC? 🤷🏽‍♀️

No one could verify if CPC govt chose not to divulge a tribunal final decision.

So, this presents quite the conundrum for the current minority govt & for the NDP opposition leader.

Crude by rail no longer protects Canadian sovereignty, since UCP cancelled it, costing $300M.

Expect oil price per barrel to tank. Production limits & crude by rail were keeping the price higher, as evidenced by the immediate jump in price when Notley capped production.

Industry investors increase profits exponentially by overproduction of bitumen.

Overproduction keeps the price per barrel low and consequently, royalty dues low. Then the bitumen is refined in US refineries and oil industry corporation sell it back to us & other buyers for Brent standard prices. Quite the profit generator, for investors.

This strategy exponentially increases industry profits at the expense of Albertans. Overproduction creates jobs.

These are the jobs and the promised boom Kenney campaigned on. No wonder Harper govt was in no hurry to build pipelines. Huge profits & transfer of wealth.

Albertans hungry for high paying jobs are happy, the industry is ecstatic, and AB citizens remain clueless why high production means limited oil sands revenue to insert into the public purse.

Notley capping production revealed the scam. Cons and industry are conning Alberta.

All industry needs to do is overproduce Alberta oil sands & create a backlog of bitumin to refine.

Not only that, but if investors are protected with one of the 27 investor protections Harper signed, they can also try to sue taxpayers for lost profits due to the backlog.

November 2018, price per barrel was close to $10. US based refineries were raking in record profits. Paying $10/barrel and selling it for close to $60.

Kenney’s 2019 budget and policy choices just opened up the opportunity to fleece AB citizens with low royalty cheque’s and provide the long sought after high paying jobs to create a backlog of product.

Kenney is beholden, but it’s not to Alberta or Canada, quite obviously.

Kenney’s working to create profit for domestic and foreign libertarian and Dominionist investors. That’s the prosperity Scheer/CPC & Kenney/UCP campaigned on. With a complicit federal govt, the idea of national sovereignty could all but disappear.

Made up of only consequentialist libertarians and Dominionist Christians, UCP and CPC plan to sell Canadian natural resources to create as much wealth as possible. Making libertarians and Dominionists uber wealthy by delivering on the Great Transfer of Wealth. (GToW)

Are you starting to understand the pickle we are in now? It’s quite terrifying.

The GToW has been prophetized by many prominent Dominionist Christians. The “prosperity gospel” teaches that wealth will be transferred from the masses to the wealthy & those in power.

The gospel states it is part of God’s plan to reward Dominionists for their generosity (tithing) and for faithfully following the Dominionist dogma (the inerrant bible).

I’ve known about this plan for 2 years. When I discovered it, I couldn’t sleep for days. It’s a conspiracy. A global conspiracy. This government, mob, business global criminal syndicate is the Iron Triangle that Mueller wrote about in 2011. archives.fbi.gov/archives/news/…

The only thing he missed was the corrupt faith institutions and leaders at the centre of each triangle. Attached is a graphic I created to better understand the interactions between members (on right) and another concept of the trilateral partnership I found helpful (on left).

There is a reason I amplified Sarah Kendzior’s quote. Because we need to work together to preserve Canadian sovereignty. It doesn’t matter what our progressive policy preferences are. Kenney’s budget and policies released on Thursday reveal where conservatives are heading.

Climate change acceleration, removal of human rights, blocked access to education and healthcare, austerity budgets much worse than Thursday’s AB budget, GToW, elimination of freedom of thought, behavioural control systems, loss of sovereignty, regulations removed.

Dominionist Christians are about to attempt to take full control of Canada.
