A: The right question my friend is, "how do I get there ONE STEP CLOSER". Think "incremental" (layovers) rather than "long haul".
A: Use an effective goal planner to hash out your desires. Can be a notebook/@Evernote if you have one. An effective planner is one that is an overview of you. One that won't make you feel overwhelmed, preventing you to take action.

A: Spend 1-3 hours to 24 hours fleshing out your wants, needs, challenges & strengths. You have to do a S.W.O.T Analysis and turn that into S.M.A.R.T. goals.
Again: SWOT ---> SMART
A: Review your planner daily. Set a schedule (works best on phone & laptop). Stick to it.
I recommend DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY.
▪ Failure is data.
▪ What you measure aka Key Performance Indicators (KPI), gives you leverage. Use this to adjust. Having benchmarks will be the highlights of your life.
▪ A compilation of these tiny wins is what will make up your ideal life.
▪ Everytime you overcome yourself, you minimise your doubt.

▪ Overcoming adversities or challenges adds more fund to your "ideal life bank". (Dopamine & serotonin neurochemicals are released so you feel good & wanna do them again).
▪ Any repetitive information/actions, you retain them better than others.
It's the same logic how come you've mastered handwriting or memorising your basic info like your address.
It becomes second nature.
You're essentially reinforcing your brain to recognise that this routine is needed for your survival.
That's it!
▪ KNOW YOURSELF > SET GOALS > TAKE ACTION.
