Good news that fracking suspended. Credit to many campaigners who have worked tirelessly to protest as the earthquakes got worse.

But my and @Kirsty_Brimelow clients still convicted of contempt and face £10s of thousands in costs for protesting bbc.co.uk/news/amp/uk-en…
The case will reach the Court of Appeal second week of December. Cuadrilla (fracking company) still fighting for a costs order of around £70k. The Legal Aid agency refused legal aid to vary the original anti-protest injunction saying that it would be possible to crowdfund!
This all goes to show how huge a disadvantage environmental protesters are at in defending anti-protest injunctions, stopping them in the first place and then defending themselves from contempt proceedings. Lots more today
