In answer to a (good and detailed) question by @EmilyThornberry, Raab accepted this was an ‘anomaly’ which hadn’t come to light before Harry Dunn’s death. A key question for family is whether FCO advised the police Sacoolas had immunity knowing the position was at best unclear
