Stone’s attorneys motioned to strike for cause. Judge Jackson said she believed the PJ that he could be fair and impartial but “in an abundance of caution” sent him home.
Judge wants a pool of 32 to pick the the final 12 plus 2 alternates.
But either way we’re at 29 now and Judge Jackson wants to push through for another 30-45 mins so final selections can be made tomorrow to get the jury in the box.
