/Dear #loumedia:

GDC believes it takes a ton of racially-motivated gall for @AndyBeshearKY to stand on this hallowed activist ground for this event, the @AliCenter. He privately apologized for 1) @steve_beshear's lack of Black diversity on the board;

/ 2) he never publicly engaged @MattBevin's decision to join the @LouisvilleJRC racial composition case, nor former Prez Ramsey's abrupt turnaround to support Bevin, including an order to stop operation of @uofl BofT;
/ And most importantly he has never explained why it took criticism of a 2017 @uoflf audit for him to start a criminal investigation, ignoring probable cause evidence of crimes in 2015 article by Chris Otts. wdrb.com/news/sunday-ed…
/And today he stands on sacred activist greatness ground talking about a transition, but what isn't he talking about? No discussion of @uofl investigation findings, and absolutely no public apology for Father's action, yet Blacks put him in office.
/So stand in the shadow of the great #ali, in his house, and ignore his role in racially-motivated oppression of Black folks, without any named plank in this speech about addressing their pain and suffering;
/But that's how wealthy, male, white privilege works...discretion picks and chooses when to deploy race issues, including when others can talk about them...
/Privileged uses of discretion allows justifications for abuses of power, like personal, self-interested, strategic choices in when one can start or end a criminal investigation that protects one's own financial interests and co-worker cronies like @StitesLaw and @dsaffer
/The irony that David Saffer has protected criminal misconduct twice, after a 2011 $53,000 illegal payment and after 2017 audit "cover-up," yet no one notices that he and Beshears both work at @StitesLaw. All while the real role of racism is hidden in the non-investigation.
/But @GreaterDecision's won't stop being vigilant, calling for law enforcement and #loumedia to do their jobs and external pressure to expose the hypocrisy in plain sight. He should have outed.
/@AndyBeshearKY would be worthy of standing on @AliCenter ground today if he stood with @UofLPresNeeli and outed his family's mistakes. Then, after taking responsibility, ask for #Blackfolks for empathy, compassion, and forgiveness.
/@GreaterDecision KNOWS Blacks would give that love for the truth. African Americans are a people of 2nd chances, when earned. And if Gov-Elect can't do that, he could resign and stand next to 2nd woman to govern Commonwealth (Collins 1956), also worthy actions of a true hero.
/Sadly, the truth will likely wait for a room where accountability is forced under oath and through overwhelmingly evidence that @AndyBeshearKY and @govmattbevin are exactly the same when it comes to race, @uofl and obstruction of justice, just protecting different cronies.
