Amidst the chaos and conflict of life in this world, #Peace is to be cherished above all. For it creates a space where the energies are at rest, or at least in balance, where we can experience ourselves free of the drama and difficulties and reconnect with our source of life.
The energies of source, of God, of the One Infinite Creator, are within us and all things, energizing the photons of light and infusing them with consciousness to expand experience and the knowing of our relationship to all that is.
The Presence of our Creator is within all things, and can be sensed by quieting the mind and body from the affairs of the outer world and turning our attention inward, first to the vibrations and flows of energies within, and then to the constant exchange of inner communication.
The Presence brings with it purpose to be discovered and applied as all Creation grows in awareness of its connection to the One, and eventually the distortions we use to prop up our illusions of separation from it.
Yet within the reality manifested by and for this Presence, #Peace is fleeting. For it has chosen to know itself not through its wholeness, but through the polarized conflicts of competing extremes in us and in our universe.
We create and play out these conflicts every day of our lives, forcing us to choose how we will make our way through the use of consciousness and free will to pursue the desires implanted to guide us to the experiences we're here to get.
Conflict then is inevitable. How we meet it is not, testing us to find a way to love and be loved despite the discordant vibrations it brings, and to use light to show us how to apply them in ways that better serve all.
Our outer affairs are reflecting greater and greater conflict over the beliefs, perspectives and practices with which we create our lives - threatening not only our #peace, but also our ability to survive and thrive as we collectively evolve into new expressions of the Presence.
Our conflicts in religion, politics and economics have set us on a collision course with our own personal Armageddons and the destruction of the lives and world we've known.
Yet within the conflict, consciousness expands, empowering us to more effectively connect to the Presence and choose another way through the exercise of free will in peace, with responsibility and restraint to allow others their choices, too.
The greatest battles, however, are in us, for our attachments to how we see and what we want for ourselves are pitted against the need to moderate their influence in order to create a space where peace can prevail. Even then, that may not be enough.
Society learned long ago that some are not interested in peace or honoring the right of others to go their own way, and set rules of behavior to reign in our basest instincts and selfish natures.
But the systems and institutions of our governance have gone too far, and triggered fights among us to use those powers to advance one set of interests at the expense of others. People are awakening to these excesses and pushing back to clean up the mess created in their names.
Political wars for domination, control and benefit of one's agenda are pitting us against each other in battles instigated by powers that be who don't want us awakening to their plunder abuse. And the Presence stands silently by, watching and waiting for us to find another way.
The only solution to our conflicts, and avoidance of the harms they bring, lies in embracing the common threads that bind us together in Oneness expressed through the Presence in each of us. But that means we must evolve consciously toward more of what we are and can be.
The path to a better world, and the better lives we crave, is not by escalating conflict, but by surrendering our desires to the Presence, and following its inner voice to expand in awareness of the possibilities it offers for this life and beyond. Only then can #peace prevail.
In your heart you know the way, but your attachments are too great to make the choices necessary to get there. Only you can do something about it. Until then, enjoy watching your world burn. It will create the impetus for the journey ahead.
Remember that #peace is a choice only you can make. When you do, the Presence within will show you how to find it. May its light shine upon you and bring you peace. God bless you indeed.
