Yalta European Strategy (YES) is a leading forum for discussing Ukraine’s European future and global context. YES fosters new ideas.

YES began in 2004, when Victor Pinchuk invited some 30 European leaders to debate the future of Ukraine and the EU at the first Annual Meeting.
YES meetings have brought together heads of state and government such as Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Bill Clinton, Dalia Grybauskaitė, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Bronisław Komorowski, Mario Monti, Shimon Peres and Donald Trump.

Among the YES speakers were also heads of international organizations like: Kofi Annan, José Manuel Barroso, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Ronald Noble, James Wolfensohn, Lamberto Zannier and Robert Zoellick. Senior officials, such as Hillary Clinton, Valdis Dombrovskis, Robert Gates,
Johannes Hahn, Chrystia Freeland, Victoria Nuland, Condoleezza Rice and Martin Schulz, have spoken at the meetings.
In addition, thinkers and social leaders like Richard Branson, German Gref, Richard Haass, Niall Ferguson, Alexei Kudrin, Arthur Laffer, Yurii Milner, Larry Summers, Nouriel Roubini and Strobe Talbott have been among the panelists. Presidents and Prime Ministers of Ukraine,
as well as Ukraine’s political, business and social leaders, regularly speak at the meetings.

Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) is a $150 million regional fund, a pioneer in Ukraine & Moldova, funded by USAID.
In February 2001, Natalie Jaresko became President and CEO of Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF), which had been disbursing USAID funds.
In 2006, Natalie Jaresko co-founded Horizon Capital, where she served as a Managing Partner & CEO which took over the management of WNISEF.
Ukraine’s Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko collected at least $1.77 million in bonuses from a U.S.-taxpayer-funded investment project that she ran even as it was losing money,

October 2018, the US DOJ opened a criminal case for "Abuse of power & embezzlement of American taxpayers' money". Among the accused - 2 Finance Ministers of the Ukraine, Natalie Ann Jaresko (2014-2016) and Mr Alexander Daniluk (2016-2018), and 3 US banks.

The investigation caused the USAID to cease issuing grants (to Ukraine) since August 2019.

As Trump said, now the US does not give away money and does not impose democracy.
If it’s true an investigation into Ukraine USAID funding corruption was opened in October 2018 that means @jeffsessions JEFF SESSIONS is an American Hero!
