Arrest pregnant woman because an innocent person is inside of her and it’s illegal to arrest and innocent person? Does this mean women no longer have rights and autonomy to their bodies? Can they be prosecuted for smoking or drinking? Should we call child services

Food access to make sure the fetus doesn’t get harmed? If a pregnant woman falls down the stairs and miscarries should we charge her with unintended homicide? If a woman is dying from her pregnancy do we prioritize the fetus or the woman? And most importantly who’s
Rights matter the most? The actual living breathing person? Or the clump of cells?
