Few would/could argue against @KamalaHarris winning tonight's debate.
@ewarren and @CoryBooker tied for 2nd place.
Warren stayed strongly on message, refused to be baited, maintained her calm. Booker addressed black economic issues, voting rights and his role as mayor of Newark.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker Booker shaded @PeteButtigieg on the mayor issue: South Bend has a population of 105k and Newark has 285k. So that is a real debate about experience. Particularly wrt black community.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker @PeteButtigieg But Buttigieg still had a strong debate and fended off attacks by Tulsi Gabbard and Amy Klobuchar. Harris was given a gotcha question on Buttigieg and she refused to be baited saying he had apologized and moving on to her stellar addressing of race and ignoring black voters.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker @PeteButtigieg Next best was @amyklobuchar. She makes a stronger case each #DemDebate for herself as Midwestern centrist pragmatic get-it-done. She tag teamed nicely with Harris on family leave. Loved that.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker @PeteButtigieg @amyklobuchar Bernie was Bernie. No harm, no foul. He had a few strong moments like when he said men need to do more for women's repro rights. And when he took Biden to task for his war votes. He didn't have a memorable #DemDebate but he made it obvious he is in better health than Biden.

Biden was strong on Trump and on Saudi Arabia and Khashoggi, but he needed to nail it and missed most points. And Biden claiming he was from the black community was bad, and his erasure of Harris, worse. That will end up in another GOP video.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker @PeteButtigieg @amyklobuchar I admit I don't get why Yang is still in this or what the attraction is. More even than Bernie Yang has a shtick he repeats each time. It's not engaging. He is really a Libertarian running as a Dem. He always mentions his autistic son yet not one word on #disability.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker @PeteButtigieg @amyklobuchar Steyer has nothing to offer in this field. I admit he triggers my Socialist upbringing to hate the rich. Steyer was never asked about his team's theft of Harris's files and that was a missed opportunity to hold him accountable that was inexcusable. Ditto DNC on this.

@KamalaHarris @ewarren @CoryBooker @PeteButtigieg @amyklobuchar I can't recall seeing a Democrat perform as poorly as Gabbard since Dukakis was asked what his response to his wife being raped and murdered would be to the death penalty for the killer.
But Harris eviscerated her and Buttigieg chewed up the remaining bits.

But Harris's case for black voters was off-the-charts stellar as was her defiant stand for the Democratic Party. Anyone who didn't see what she did and how/why it mattered wasn't paying attention.
