Some #Cheshire words cannot be explained in a single tweet...

Sanding - a #Cheshire tradition, unique to #Knutsford. Coloured sand is used to create elaborate designs & messages on pavements & roads on @RoyalMayDay & for weddings.

Legend has it that King Canute, while travelling north to fight the Scots, had to cross the ford in this #Cheshire town on foot. After he had crossed, he stopped to take off his shoes and shake the sand out of them.

It is said that there was a wedding party passing, so King Canute wished the couple as many children as grains of sand he’d shaken from his shoes.

To commemorate the event, sanding became an annual @RoyalMayDay tradition and a wedding custom in the town.

Today, the town’s name still bears echoes of this legend.

Knut is another form of Canute, so #Knutsford means Canute’s Ford.

Until now, the only SEO space where AMP was kind of "mandatory" was on news: if you want to appear on the "Top stories" box, you kind of need to have your articles to use AMP. You can appear there withouth AMP, but you don't get the same visual benefits #AMP #SEO .
Now Google is bringing "Stories" (like Instagram Stories, Snapchat Stories, etc.) to search results. They just announced it at #ampconf (see ) #AMP #SEO
This means that for certain kind of queries (by now: travel, and later also gaming, movies, tv and fashion) the first result will get another "special box" called "Visual Stories" where you can only appear using not only AMP, but AMP stories #AMP #SEO

This all started because the #MetPolice & #LBRUT couldn't do their day jobs properly & decided to take the law into their own hands. It started as a small cover up 12 years ago but has turned into British State Persecution.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully
