People, please stop referring to that one WI poll as definitive evidence that 1. Trump is getting more popular and 2 impeachment less popular. Polls have sampling, weighting, & wording schemes that impact results & we'll see a lot of polls dropping Mon projects.fivethirtyeight.com/impeachment-po… 
Some polls against about support of the inquiry and these have an outside the margin of error advantage for yes. More recent polls have been asking instead Do you support impeaching & removing Trump. Here the diff between yes & no is inside the margin of error. There will likely
never be movement of Rs, as I argued. And that's bc most Rs avoided the hearings themselves & relied on partisan news coverage instead. And also bc they are not going to be swayed by anything. In terms of Indies, what I'd like to see is some of the big N surveys like @YouGov
and @MorningConsult ask people if they watched the hearings, or coverage of the hearings, AND what sources they used and then ask about impeachment views. That's what I'd be doing if I could run a national survey right now.
