As MP's desert Labour, our hero suffers from doubt (or maybe too many cabbage-surprises)
And as they for the Independent Group, Richard is forced to confront that democracy itself is under threat.
But triumphs await, as Theresa May invites Jeremy to work with her, to find a way forward on Brexit.
Sadly, there were suggestions that Richard had said that Zionism is the enemy of peace, and he was forced to deny it.
But his denial wasn't given the credence it deserved…especially not when video of him actually saying it emerged.
Then there were the EU elections, which caused nothing but worry for our "hero".
Then there was the suggestion that Labour could gain another 70 Burgons. A worrying and confusing prospect.
