2/ Bill O'Reilly said this shit a few years back: that the problem was black girls having babies at 14. It was wrong then. It's wrong now. There were only 554 black children born to girls under 15 in 2018. As a % of all 552,000 black kids born, that's 0.1%...
3/ As a percentage of all black girls 10-14 (1.5 million), that's 0.036 who gave birth last year. And only 1.2% of all black kids born in '18 were born to minors at all...If folks' lives depended on guessing these numbers within a factor of 20, most Americans would be dead.
