Mother Teresa was known for that quality. It was such a matter for passion for her to help the most unfortunate, and she stood by the helpless with such passion and interest, that it inspired millions of others to follow suit.

When I read great poetry, it calls forth the poet in me, and I feel like sitting down to write some poetry again.

There are some books, which I can’t read more than 2 pages at a time. Why?

Because when I begin to read them I have such bursts of ideas in my head and such inspiration that I need to put the book down and think how I am going to implement the ideas I am bubbling with.

There are times when I work with some students and help them to get past some barriers they have been facing, and when I see them succeed, it sparks pure feelings of joy.

But a lot of times, I am just down and out. Sometimes, I am just unable to do what I need to do.

The only way to survive those days and remain productive is to turn to something that puts the spark back in me.

But when your soul is unreachable, when you cannot draw strength from yourself anymore, you need external sources that enrich you.

Good books, literature, music have been known to do that.

However, what is much more powerful, is a community or a space buzzing with ideas, creativity, and energy.
