This is BRILLIANT. Feldman is testifying as to the history of the Constitutional Convention, and the debate over the removal of the impeachment clause because re-election would take care of removal.
It remained, because Madison and Mason, among other Republicans, insisted on it.

And now it undercuts the @GOP's argument that the election should take the place of impeachment

He's a great professor, including to the general public.
@GOP Damn. He's testifying that there are at least three acts that are high crimes and misdemeanors, including soliciting a foreign leader to interfere in an election and announce investigations into a political rival.
