Parental applications for an EHCP now receive this response - they refuse to consider the request, delete it and require parents to resubmit in January - this is of course completely contrary to law. Well done @BristolCouncil for finding a whole new way to break the law 
Some good news. @BristolCouncil have changed their statement this morning about EHCP applications. But @BristolCouncil you are aware the application process starts on receipt of request not when you get around to opening it?
I can confirm that this policy has been halted today by @BristolCouncil which is good news. If you applied in the last 10 days for an EHCP please resend your request. Requests with regard to timetables will be from your initial request so please forward on original email.
