THE TRUTH ABOUT PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS

The man who holds the greatest advantage,

Is the one who is least conditioned by his culture

Least attracted by his beliefs

And most attracted to what is True.
Humans have become societal

Societal humans are conditioned to mimic and compete.

Where there is mimicry and competition,

There can only be Parity.
Sports franchises, like all business endeavors,

Are filled with groups.

Where there is a group,

There is a gaping hole in the well,

A growing crack in the foundation,

A weak and fragile link in the chain.

Where there is a group of any kind,

There cannot be Truth.
The coach's greatest allegiance is to keep his job.

In order to keep his job, he cannot upset the management.

Thus, even if he is a man of Truth,

His hands are tied,

His feet are shackled.

For Truth requires the freedom of experimentation

This, no franchise will allow.
The management is interested in how many snacks and hot dogs it sells

How many season tickets have been sold

Corporate sponsorships, television revenue and the like.

Such a structure is essentially an overblown lemonade stand.
Each tier in the structure is asking a different question:

Management: how much money

Coach: how can keep my job

Player: how do I not get traded, and get more playing time

Fan: will I get to boast that "my team" won, and gain an ounce of pleasure in my monotonous life
A professional sports team is not what it seems.

It is not created to discover the Truth about performance,

Or where Wins truly come from,

Or what is the Ultimate way to train.

Such questions can only be asked in a setting which contains Truth Seekers.
Why is there parity in all professional sports?

Why are most games won by infinitesimal margins?

Why do player comparisons yield fractions of a percent?

The culture will say that because the talent level is so high.
What is the True Reason?

The True reason is that:

1) All who live and train in a similar environment, get similar results

2) All organizations that are structured the same, and ask the same questions, get the same answers.
The reason that there is no clear differentiation between sports teams

The reason that there is no clear legacies and overt dominance in professional sports

Is because the system is not set up for Dominance.

It is set up for Parity.
When a professional team "practices," the practice has little to do with the actual game.

The formations, drills, and strategies are little more than calisthenics.

@alleniverson was speaking Truth,

When he downplayed the concept of practice.
The Truth that no pro sports team realizes,

Is that the way in which professional sports teams practice,

Essentially benefits no one.

If anyone receives a slight benefit,

It is the weakest players on the team.

The Best players on the team,

In actuality, become worse.
Their target strategies are untrue.

Their formations and plays are done in a vacuum, rather than based upon developing the skill to Anticipate the movement of other teams
Professional sports teams practice in ways that are, at once, counter to the way in which the Mind imbibes external cues.

They practice in a way that excites and disrupts the mind, rather than quiet it.
A franchise that is devoted to Questions surrounding the Truth about dominance, No-Mind, Winning, and the true source of performance

From top to bottom,

Is a team that can demonstrate what is truly possible for a human being.

I will stop here for now.

Namaste.
