Jubilee is bullshitting here. This isn't about Sonko. It's about Muigai capturing Nairobi according to the #BBIReport. BBI wants Nairobi exempted from the democratic vote, so that it becomes the private property of the Kenyattas which they'll use to control the counties.
What that means is that premiership wont do jack for anybody. The Kenyattas will still be running Kenya from Nairobi as their Buckingham Palace, and county governors will be going to Nairobi to bow before their majesties the King and his Queen Mother.
It is clear that what Jubilee people mean by "discussion" of the report is that we give them time to implement the report, so that by the time we are saying "no," whatever the report suggests will already be implemented.
