It’s not only not ok, it’s illegal. Moreover, it strikes at the very core of what constitutes an impeachable offense: it is a President abusing his power to withhold military aid to an ally and extort them to investigate his political rival and interfere in our elections.
It’s literally “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors” all rolled into one. And each of those on its own is impeachable according to the United States Constitution. Plus it’s only one of his endless offenses.
Perhaps the most ironic thing about this is that Graham KNOWS this. This is the guy who lectured us about the need to “cleanse the office” via impeachment when Clinton lied about a blowjob and who called Trump “a kook” who is “unfit for office.” Now he’s being extorted himself.
