We’re urging Congress to pass a permanent reauthorization of MFP. People with disabilities should be able to live on their own terms and in their own homes.

Call the Capitol Switchboard at [phone] or [phone] (TTY) and ask to be connected to your senator or representative. Below is a sample phone script:

“Hi, my name is [X] and I am a constituent. I’m calling to urge [Congressperson’s name] to pass a permanent reauthorization of the Money Follows the Person program, which is critical for people with disabilities and runs out of funding at the end of the month. Thank you.”
